We offer a LOCAL PICKUP service for all customers local to our hometown of Brighton & Hove in the UK.

We are shipping internationally. Please be aware that, due to Brexit changes, you maybe subject to additional local tax.

Duties & Taxes

Dress Like A Mum does NOT handle international duties and taxes. You will need to contact DHL/DPD to pay for any duties and taxes upon taking delivery. Please note, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. 

Please contact us before refusing an order at hello@dresslikeamum.com. We will be unable to refund you until the package is received back at our warehouse and could result in additional delays.

If an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, Dress Like A Mum reserves the right to charge for shipping costs both ways, as well as any additional fee that might occur. 

You have 28 days to return an item if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived and you the buyer us responsible for the returned postage costs.

We hope there will be no need, but of course if you need to return or exchange them please either email hello@dresslikeamum.com or print and complete our returns form and post to PO Box 5483, Hove, BN52 9JL within 28 days and we will arrange it ASAP.

Please post your goods back to us within 28 days including your name and order number within the parcel.

The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.

All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.
